Designed by Graham Radford and the late Joe Adams, this quality built luxury cruising yacht has been a yacht and home since 2009. Built by American owned Celestial Yachts in Xaimen, China under Australian shipwright supervision and to American ABS Survey, she was launched in April 1992. Then called The Wizard, she was delivered to Australia for use as a display boat at the 1992/1993 Sydney Boat Show. This yacht has only the best top quality equipment and fittings. . The yacht set sail from Fremantle in 2010 and has been cruising in SE Asia ever since. She is well proven, always displaying her reliability, safety and comfort on many extended passages.

The beautifully hand crafted honey teak interior, a hallmark of all Celestial yachts, was done by carpenters, whose ancestors have been building teak boats for centuries! Two double cabins including a luxurious owner's cabin aft with a queen-size island (new latex mattress 2010) bed and Ensuite, large Flat Screen TV and DVD player. A spacious well ventilated saloon with a comfortable horse shoe lounge on the port side and a spacious couch (sea berth) on the starboard side. There are many solid grab rails and handles ensuring your inside safety. There is LED downlighting and also LED reading and work lights. A 220v Air Conditioner keeps the whole interior nice and cool.

The recently refurbished Galley has a new 2013 12v Isotherm fridge and freezer, microwave oven, Maxi LPG two burner stove with, grill and oven. Twin bowl stainless steel sinks with both pressurized fresh water through the mixer tap and there is also a foot pump for both fresh water and salt water.

Forward Head is TMC Electric duel flush and the aft head is manual marine toilet. There is a 30Ltr holding tank.

Electrics & Batteries:
Six 250W Solar panels providing 1500Watts and up to 60amps through the Morningstar TS MPPT 60 Solar Regulator, this is ample to run all the accessories. 140 Amp Alternator with Balmar Smart Regulator and 220V/ 240V Shorepower with regulation circuit breakers. Two battery banks with 725AH of Trojan batteries. 12v 1500W Inverter and a two stage 40A 220v Battery Charger.

Electronics & Navigation:
At the helm there is a Garmin 4210 GPS Chartplotter with integration to Autohelm 7000 and all Raymarene ST60 Wind, Speed Log and Depth instruments. Also at the helm are the engine controls, anchor winch controls and instruments, along with a Lowrence VHF. Inside at the Navigation Table there is a hand held Garmin GPS that is also interfaced with the main NMEA system, a second and fully independent VHF transceiver and a Codan HF. There is also an AIS Tranciever with its own dedicated antenna. There is also an integrated shelf to hold an iPad at the Nav Station.

The mast and standing rigging were removed in 2009 the mast and boom were refurbished and all the standing rigging was replaced. The Standard Rigging was checked by a professional rigger Nov 2014 and given the okay for two more years at least. The running rigging had been replaced as necessary.

Sail Inventory:
The laminated cruising Headsail is a 110% Genoa on a Harken Furler and the Mainsail (services 2014) is also a laminated cruising sail. Both these sails were new in 2009 and have been serviced regularly, they are very powerful and perform extremely well when needed. We also use a staysail and MPS on a regular basis. There is a Storm Trisail, never used.

Deck Gear:
Four huge Barient self tailing winches complement the cockpit, there are then four more smaller Barient winches for the halyards, Lewmar, Muir and Harken are used exclusivly throuhout the yacht. Davits carry the inflateable dinghy (RIB) over the transom.

Safety Gear:
Australian EPIRB with MMSI, Dan Buoy with Life Ring, Spot Light, Four (4) Person Life Raft, DSC, MOB, AIS Tranciever and SAT Phone.

Ground Tackle:
Two Bruce anchors, 60M of galvanized proof coil chain with 50M of Nylon Warp all new December 2012. Electric Muir two way windlass with remote at the helm. The winch was completely refurbished November 2011.

Covers and Awnings:
Dodger, Bimini, and a full set of shade awnings new 2010/ 2012

Engine notes:
Yanmar 47HP Turbo 1900hrs since complete rebuild. A 47 hp turbo charged Yanmar diesel (rebuilt 2006) driving a shaft mounted self feathering three-bladed Autostream propeller. Averaging only 1.6 LPH, this provides for a long range if ever required. Engine room: Clean and tidy with soundproofing and heat proofing, Hot water system and extra fuel storage is located near he Engine Room. Access to the engine room is excelent via five hatchways. Many spares and extras will be included.
